It is 4pm, it is raining, and somebody is bored. Open BusyBees, pick a game, put the phone down and play.
BusyBees is for parents. You read the idea, your child plays it. No screen for them and no endless scrolling for you.
READY-MADE GAMES, A PICTURE FOR EVERY STEP
40 illustrated games you can start straight away, from Where Is Teddy? for the under twos to the Paper Bridge Challenge for seven-year-olds. Each one shows what you need and what to keep an eye on, then takes you through it step by step, with a drawing for every step. The steps can be read aloud, so your hands stay free.
MADE FROM WHAT YOU ALREADY HAVE
Cushions, masking tape, socks, a cardboard box. Nothing to buy, and most games need no setting up at all.
AN IDEA FOR RIGHT NOW
Burn energy. Calm. While I cook. Rainy day. Pick the moment and the ideas change to fit it.
FRESH IDEAS FOR YOUR FAMILY
Tell Bee how old your children are, what they love and what you have at home, and get new ideas written for you with AI. Your plan includes 40 fresh ideas a month.
SNAP YOUR TOYS, GET A GAME
Take a photo of the toys on the floor or the bits in the kitchen drawer, and BusyBees suggests games to play with them. BusyBees does not keep your photos.
YOU DECIDE WHAT KIND OF PLAY
Messy play, water play, food games, balloons, loud games, outdoor games. Each one is a yes or a no. Switch one off and Bee never suggests it.
THE HIVE
Every game you play becomes a honeycomb cell with its picture and a sticker you choose together. You can watch your screen-free time for the week add up.
ONE PLAN FOR BOTH PARENTS
Invite your partner with a code. You both see the same children and the same games.
IN YOUR LANGUAGE
English, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Danish and Russian. Ideas, steps and tips are all in the language you choose.
GOOD TO KNOW
- For families with children from under 2 to 8 and over.
- An age is all Bee needs. Children's names are never required.
- An adult supervises all play. Every game says what to watch for.
- No ads in the app.
- Fresh ideas and photo ideas use AI, and only after you have said yes. The ready-made games work without it.
THE PLAN
BusyBees is free to download. To play, you choose a plan, yearly or monthly, and the first 3 days are free for new subscribers. The price is shown in your own currency before you start. If you do not cancel before the 3 days are up, payment is taken from your Apple account, and the plan renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time in your Apple account settings, at least 24 hours before the next renewal.
