Exactly as it should be. ### 3/5 — Every update causes new issues *2025-06-07* The last update caused my battery to drain on the BusyBox very fast. This new firmware update basically bricked my device and it claimed another user had ownership of the device (false) - had to completely reset it to factory settings, now it is unable to do color gradients at all. They don’t show up in the app. Siri voice function has almost never worked… now I’m able to turn on the busy box with Siri voice commands, but it does not recognize turning it off with voice commands. A very frustrating device/software. The basic functions need to work before the extras are added. ### 4/5 — Just keeps improving *2025-04-12* I’ve been using the app for two years now and it just gets better all the time. All along hoping the software/control gets better, but it doesn’t. This latest round - I can even change the text/background color. And when I reset the box, I can no longer set a “time” preset like I had before. It’s like the app button don’t work at all. And the battery is dying now I think. ### 1/5 — Worked for 1 Day *2025-04-04* This app and hardware worked properly for one day. Crashes constantly, device won’t pair. This is trash. ### 3/5 — New Version Doesn’t Work *2024-04-16* Ever since the last big update, the app doesn’t work right. It won’t connect to my sign have the time. I have to constantly close and reload the app to get it to even load my signs. Not sure what happened but I’m starting to regret buying this sign. ### 3/5 — Issues w/ Latest Update *2024-03-03* Having problems with the latest update for two reasons. All GIF images loaded from the app no longer animate once uploaded onto the unit. Animated images selected from the preset gallery of the new app work, but images uploaded from your phone via the app no longer animate. The other issue was with the Wi-Fi connection dialogue which mandates using a password, even for unsecured access points so I am no longer able to have the sign login into Wi-Fi. ### 5/5 — Game changer for working at home with families *2024-02-22* I have 3 kids under 15 and two of which are home schooled. I also work from home in a dedicated office. Having this has been fantastic so that I can let them know I’m on a meeting, trying to focus, or even taking a nap because of an all nighter. I have two Digitals, one for my office door and one for my family room. This app has come a long way and now even has some animated templates so I don’t have to go to a website and download them manually. Love the updates and love even more the frequency that they are trying to improve the functionality. Latest app update has been great! ### 5/5 — Works well; features added all the time. *2023-02-12, version 2.1.6* This app isn’t super sophisticated and that’s perfect. Controls the sign as it should with an easy to use interface. New features come every month or two. So far, no complaints.
