Has a few good exercises, like the relaxation instruction, and usefully tracks your control pause (breath hold).  Odd video flashing during control pause. Also needs an option to not auto loop the audio exercises.

It is so special to find an app that  it is so good and helpful and it’s totally free with no advertising.
Highly recommend app! Excellent relaxation and breathing instructions in several audios
