버핏그라운드의 팀버핏의 프로그램은 정말 최고의 운동프로그램 입니다. 저같이 초보자에게도 무리가 없고 또한 필요한 운동량도 할수 있습니다. 수년간 요가와 수영을 하지만 점점 나이가 들어가니깐 기능적인 인체운동의 중량을 필요로하는 운동을 해야하겠더라구요 그래서 찾은 곳이 팀버핏이랍니다.  시간적으로 어떻게든 운동시간을 만들어서 꾸준히 하고있습니다가.
