I was charged for the full month fee right away!!! I’m older, have thyroid/energy issues and wanted to do the 7 day trial to see if I could hang. At this point in time I can’t... no problem tight cuz I had the 7 day trial. Wrong! I’ve emailed support twice now explaining this situation and requesting my money back but no one has responded. Someday I will be healthy enough to do these and at that point will be happy to subscribe! But today, right now... I’m upset that I was charged for a free 7 day trial for something I physically will not be able to use. Will change to a 5 star when this issue is resolved. Until then beware... there is not really a 7 day trial time. 🤷‍♀️😞 **** updated: heard back from customer support and was told to contact Apple for the refund. TRIED CANCELLING AFTER TRIAL AND MY CREDIT CARD WAS CHARGED *2024-02-09, version 11.16.2* I signed up for the trial and on my Apple ID there was no record of any purchases but my credit card was charged. I thought because it didn’t show up in my purchases, hidden purchases or subscriptions that I was no longer signed up. Had to contact Apple Support to figure out the issue. I was not refunded & I didn’t even use it after the trial because i didn’t realize I was still subscribed. $39.99 is way too expensive. Costs more than my gym membership which includes Sauna, RedLight Sauna, Massage & Tanning. The app is cool but def not worth the money. I’ve heard not great things about this company in general & this app confirms its shady practices. I believe I should be refunded ### 1/5 — Please make more affordable *2021-08-04* Loved the trial so much! But $72 a month is ridiculously expensive! Centr is $100 a year and is really great but I would prefer this if it was more affordable. 🙏🏼 ### 1/5 — Don’t Bother *2021-04-07* Tried this app. It won’t unlock the basic moves on the free trial? I have turned the app on and off etc etc and it still has them locked. Without the basic moves I have no idea what I am doing (and I have done yoga for years). What would be the point of locking the explanations on a free trial? It’s also too fast and you cannot hear the instructions over the music and this is the beginner workout!!! I couldn’t sign into my account and even cancelled my subscription yet they still keep charging me AND still refuse to respond when I continue to try and contact for support. Absolutely horrible experience. ### 2/5 — Very frustrating *2022-07-26* This woman is. Great at putting together the workouts but she is an awful teacher. Came here, to try the classes. I consider myself avid at working out and training but this woman (whom I am assuming is the creator of the app) is on speed or something. She makes it impossible to go along with the program. There was even a few sets where she forgot to rotate to the other side. She is doing way to much and she really needs to slow down. ### 2/5 — Meh *2022-01-24* They charge almost $40 a month. Definitely not worth it. It’s a good workout with a mediocre interface. If they charged a reasonable price I might stick to it but Alo and other apps charge half the price for more. ### 2/5 — Little instructions and too expensive *2020-10-07, version 8.8.0* I had the 14 day trial and took several introduction classes. The combination of yoga and dance is fun and engaging, but for me the instruction classes were not providing enough guidance on how to perform the moves. Also, I consider the monthly price tag too high to permanently subscribe even though I enjoyed the classes. ### 2/5 — Rather do YouTube yoga *2020-10-04, version 8.8.0* It’s fun. That’s about it. The music and lyrics are so loud that you cannot hear the direction of the teacher. Not a great workout or yoga experience. ### 3/5 — Great Concept but Lacks in Competitive Pricing *2022-04-05, version 9.4.7* Really love the concept of Buti Yoga. However, the moves themselves aren’t too creative enough of a concept too warrant the price tag. You are still performing moves that are similar to other workouts. So essentially, Buti Yoga’s foundation is built from borrowed concepts. Now, when you compare to their competitors - those who charge as little as $2/month and at most $10/month, and offer nutritional guides, trainer mentoring, and specialized programs ALL INCLUDED IN THE PRICE it’s hard to believe that $40/month is worth what little this app is offering in comparison.
