- Trình độ văn hóa: 12/12
- Chứng chỉ bằng lái xe B2
- Khả năng hiểu biết, kiểm tra và phát hiện nguyên nhân sự cố xe và động cơ
- Hiểu biết thông thạo địa bàn, đường xá giao thông
- Kinh nghiệm: tối thiểu 03 năm kinh nghiệm
- Trung thực, nhanh nhẹn, nhiệt huyết
- Tinh thần trách nhiệm trong công việc
- Điềm đạm, chuẩn mực
