## What is ButterCX?

ButterCX is the customer-messaging app for businesses that run on the Butter platform. Every WhatsApp conversation from every location lands in one shared inbox, with the customer's orders right beside the chat, so your team can answer in seconds instead of switching between apps.

ONE INBOX FOR THE WHOLE TEAM
See every customer conversation across all your locations and brands. Filter by unread, by threads assigned to you, or by customers who sound unhappy. Assign threads to teammates, close them when they're done, and pick up where a colleague left off.

THE ORDER, RIGHT THERE
Tap any conversation to see the customer's recent orders, status, spend and fulfillment details. No copying order numbers into another system.

AI THAT DRAFTS, YOU DECIDE
ButterCX suggests a reply grounded in the customer's real order history and your business's own information. Send it as-is, edit it, or ignore it. You are always the one who sends.

ENGLISH AND BAHASA, AUTOMATICALLY
Messages are translated both ways, so an English-speaking agent can help an Indonesian-speaking customer and vice versa, with the original always one tap away.

MADE FOR THE PHONE
Photos and videos customers send open full-screen and can be saved or shared. Reactions, quoted replies, voice notes and push notifications work the way you expect from a messaging app.

ButterCX is for teams whose business uses Butter. Accounts are provided by your company; there is no public sign-up.
