Doesn't even load the login page.. Terrible app. You guys must learn with the Brazilian Banks on how to develop an online baking app.

OTP doesn’t work, help chat bot has no content, they ought to be embarrassed by how bad this is.

This app hasn’t been updated since Nathaniel Butterfield founded his mercantile business in Bermuda in 1784. 

I don’t even know who you go to in 2025 to get an app this bad designed & built for your multi billion dollar organisation? The mind boggles

The two step verification process means you have to back and forth to your email account multiple times to get a code. There is no feeling of continuity and it’s a really bad user experience.

Codes aren’t being sent like they used too. Normally I would get a notification of the code and now I get nothing. So I can’t even log in through the app or even online.

Face ID does not save when you click on the option for alternate login so you can save your face ID to be used to login. Therefore, you have to keep on using the password.

The app has been great, but just this week, I had a no-show deposit, using the app. I called the bank, and the representative also did not see this deposit, however, she saw the amount when I provided the reference number. I deleted the app and reinstalled, which was recommended, but still  a no show of this deposit so this is a concern. The site will need to be evaluated, to figure out the problem.

The app periodically looses the setting that allows login using Face ID and you have to use password again to login and reset it. Also the screen display is truncated at the bottom of my iPhone 13.
