It’s a great way to stay in a good shape and be disciplined. You can find training sessions based on your needs. A great way of trying different coaches unless you find a perfect match ❤️

This app is a game changer!  I’ve always wanted to work out with a trainer, but it was always complicated - either the timing didn’t work, or finding a good trainer was a hassle. This app makes it so easy with tons of great certified trainers available whenever I need them. Now I work out twice a week with a trainer. Great charge for the day.

I was very worried about going to the gym, as I have a bit of anxiety. So for me to workout at home in the comfort of my own home was ideal. 

I loved getting to know the trainer before I started through stories feature. 

Will be back training again.
