The app and the people there make mistakes with orders but not too often. Sometimes they don’t send orders at all, don’t send them for too many hours, don’t answer the phone or treat long time customers with any respect (especially women). Wow SOME of those dudes don’t like or respect women! Watch out when you go in alone especially if you’re polite… I’ve been followed around the store by lurkers, had my phone taken out of my hand and my cart by men there. Inappropriate and unprofessional. Get outta my personal space or get Fox Labs in the face. When they answer the phone it’s usually to hang up as quickly as they can or they play “Oops we got disconnected” no matter how much you spend there. They’ve sold champagne and sparkling wines that must have been exposed to different temperatures, losing their bubbles and being a disappointment on special occasions. I’ve been too patient and loyal to this location. We have other options. ### 1/5 — Waste of time: they show products on the app they don’t have and close the sale... *2020-11-15* Things they don't have on stock shouldn't show up on the app so customers don't waste their time waiting for things that will never arrive. Ordered it today, waited for 7 hours, by the deadline of delivery they call saying the don’t have products. I cancel it and after that the out of stock products are still showing as available on the app, even though they don’t have it. I was put on hold for someone in the wine department. After waiting 12:39 I hung up and tried again. After another 8 minutes of being on hold I’ve given up. Why don’t you just use some brains and tell me that you’re busy. Which means you can’t move forward. In addition, my home liquor store has no delivery slots set for selection, even though they are delivering. My girlfriend says I’m super patient and I lost my patience with the ridiculously slow load times on the filter results pages. I’m at home on Verizon Fios WiFi and I poked around patiently for a while. I had $170 worth of high quality booze loaded to my cart, which I eventually abandoned due to the lousy experience. You should take that amount directly out of the next invoice from the developer that built this piece of junk app-experience. ### 2/5 — Buggy *2022-12-07, version 0.0.205* Over thr past few months, the app has gotten very buggy and slow. Searches are iffy, gives no indication of inventory, sometimes crashes while entering info into text fields. Most infuriating of all it leads you to believe that you can schedule a delivery but won’t place the order after store hours. ### 2/5 — Buggy *2018-09-21* Even though the app and the promotions of the app say that they deliver, they charge for their delivery and they also don't deliver across state lines. Make sure if you install this app that you're only delivering within 15 to 20 mile radius of the Buy Rite Jersey City or else you'll have to pay for additional shipping on your products. I wanted to order about $2000 with of alcohol for my wedding in Queens, but they wouldn't.
