## What is BuyBallot?

Want it? Ask your friends first.

BuyBallot helps you stop impulse buying. Before you spend, post the item, the price, why you want it, and a cheaper alternative if you have one. Your group votes to approve or reject it, so you get a second opinion before the money leaves your wallet.

HOW IT WORKS
• Post a request: item, price, currency, reason, alternative, and up to three photos.
• Pick a group: create one, or join with a 6-digit invite code.
• Vote: approve or reject, with a short reason.
• Decide with a clear head: check the result, then buy, or be glad you waited.

FLEXIBLE DECISIONS
• Single: one person makes the call.
• Group vote by deadline: members vote until the time you set runs out (10 minutes to 24 hours).
• Group vote by headcount: the request is decided once a set number of members have voted (2 to 15).

SEE WHAT YOU SAVED
• Your requests, votes and results are in History.
• Home shows how much you saved by not buying.

BUILT FOR SAFETY
• Groups are for decisions, not chat: only votes and short reasons.
• Report a request or a vote reason that is abusive, spam, or inappropriate.
• Block users you don't want to hear from.
• Delete your account and your data in the app at any time.

PRIVACY
• Sign in with Apple or Google.
• No ads, and no tracking across other apps or websites.
