And I’m registered here. Navigating the website/ registry on my phone is such a pain so this is frustrating. ### 1/5 — Was great until the update *2023-04-03, version 26.16* I loved this app but was forced to update. Now I can’t shop at all! If and when the app finally loads, it lags horribly. It also seems like the app has not been formatted for mobile. Hard to navigate, not user friendly at all. ### 2/5 — Update made things worse *2023-03-16, version 26.13* I used this app last year for my registry (baby shower Aug ‘22) and it worked really well, while there were some hiccups it wasn’t enough to get frustrated as I could just log into the web browser. But now as of March ‘23 I can say that the app is completely useless. The update that was made while aesthetically it looks better and the UI is cleaned up, every time I go on the app it freezes and I have to shut it down at least 3-4 times just for me to scroll. When you use the search bar and the options pop up you can select one of the suggestions like before because of it freezing. I have to tap on a selection several times before it takes me to it. At this point I’m very trying to use the app and I’ll just go in the store as it’s very close to me or use the web browser. It’s more convenient for me to use the bed bath and beyond app to search for items than this app. ### 1/5 — App instantly crashes when you try to open your one baby registry *2023-03-04, version 26.12* For both my wife’s app and my app it instantly crashes when we try to open our baby registry. The store couldn’t get it to open we can’t get it to either. This happens every single time without fail. The only reason really for bye-bye baby is baby registries and he still can’t figure out how to fix your app? Sad and pathetic. ### 1/5 — Frustrating *2023-02-24, version 26.11* This is my first ever baby registry created. As I first-time parent this will probably be the first and last time I create a registry with this company. The app never seems to function, it is constantly freezing and the information never seems to be accurate. I have had to call customer service many times regarding an order placed through my registry. Sometimes the person that has purchased an item for me through my registry wouldn’t know what the status of the order is until I advise them of it. The package will be either out of stock when it was in stock in the first place, lost in transit, or just never shipped. The actual buyer wouldn’t even get notified, of what is going on with the items they have purchased. When an item has been purchased it doesn’t take the item off the list or label it as purchased, I have had so many duplicate items sent to me, and the frustrating part is that the only way to return it will be to physically return it to the store, I don’t understand why I can’t have it shipped back to the store! The app doesn’t always notify me when an item has been purchased on my registry, or sometimes it doesn’t show all of the purchases which makes it hard to create my thank you list. I have had to take a different route to create my thank you list. The last time I spoke with a customer service agent was at the beginning of February, I was supposed to receive a $50 store credit and I have yet to see it in my account. Overall the staff, app, and website are terrible! ### 3/5 — Shopping for Nothing *2023-02-23, version 26.10* I gave the rating I did because my last couple orders have items that were to be delivered within a few days of placing order; then delivery date(s) kept being extended until items were eventually cancelled by store without notification to me. If it were only 1 or 2 items I probably would not have been so disappointed; however, it has been at least 10+ individual items. ### 1/5 — App is T R A S H *2023-02-20, version 26.10* I love shopping here and have my registry through them. However the app is probably the worst thing to ever have been created. It lags like crazy, and now I’m no longer able to login to my account and update my register or anything like that. HORRIBLE app INCREDIBLY frustrating. You would think for such a big company their app would be better. But sadly is wildly disappointing. 10/10 do not recommend. ### 1/5 — Never works *2023-02-20, version 26.10* This app is terrible. I tried scanning things in store to add to my registry and their stores block cell service. Every time I go to the register the app freezes when trying to pull up coupons. I never get a discount. Worst app. ### 2/5 — Not accessible with Voiceover *2023-02-20, version 26.10* To log in or create an account in the app it is not accessible with voiceover. When trying to create my registry it was also not accessible with voiceover. To buy into shop is accessible with voiceover however, I cannot view or edit my baby registry because it is not accessible with voiceover. I was actually disappointed because, the bed Bath and beyond App was more accessible than this. I called customer service and she literally said “I’m not sure why they canceled it it’s under investigation” I have to wait 24-72 hours to hear back and if I want a refund it could take up to a week. To top this off on this order I received ZERO “points”. Every time we stopped inside we also ended up buying cute baby outfits and cute blankets and whatever other cute thing we saw for our baby including toys and bottles.
