## What is BuyerKiosk Team+?

BuyerKiosk Team is the app for team members at BuyerKiosk-powered stores. Check your schedule, clock in and out, request time off, swap shifts, and message your team from your phone.

Your Schedule
See your upcoming shifts at a glance. View daily and weekly schedules across all your store assignments. Get push notifications before your shift starts so nothing sneaks up on you.

Clock In & Out
Clock in when you arrive, take breaks, and clock out when you're done. Location verification keeps timekeeping accurate at your store.

Time Off & Shift Swaps
Need a day off? Submit a request in seconds. Want to trade a shift? Browse your team's schedule, send a swap request, and once your coworker and manager approve it, you're good to go.

Team Chat
Real-time messaging with your team. Post in channels, mention coworkers, react to messages, and search past conversations. Notifications keep you in the loop when something comes up.

Quick Sign-In
Sign in once, then use Face ID or Touch ID to get back in fast. Your data is encrypted and stored securely on-device.

Multi-Store Support
Work at more than one location? Switch between stores without logging out. Each store has its own schedule, time clock, and chat.

- Offer up a shift — Can't make it? Offer your shift to the team and a manager can approve the handoff.
  - Change Shift picker — One place to swap with a coworker or offer your shift up.
  - Smarter swap suggestions — The swap list now only shows coworkers who can actually take your shift, based on their role qualifications, availability, and schedule conflicts.
  - Swap requests now work from the month view, and any issue with a swap tells you exactly what went wrong.
  - Support for stores with any week start day (Sunday–Saturday schedules).

New: Offer up a shift you can't work. Tap "Change Shift" on any upcoming shift to request a swap with a coworker or offer the shift up for grabs — once your manager approves, teammates can claim it from Open Shifts.
  • Your schedule now follows your store's week start (Sunday–Saturday supported)
  • Team Chat now opens right from the Home screen
  • Swap fixes: responses and cancellations work reliably, your note now reaches your coworker, and the response window is correctly 48 hours
