## What is BuyMyWheels?

BuyMyWheels is the field companion for vehicle-acquisition buyers. Work every lead from your phone — reach sellers, make offers, and add new opportunities in seconds, without being tied to a desk.

WORK YOUR LEADS ANYWHERE
• Browse and search the leads assigned to you, filtered by status
• Open a full lead view: vehicle details, appraised value, and activity history
• Change status, and claim or reassign leads on the go

TALK TO SELLERS
• Text and email customers right from the app — the whole conversation in one thread
• Place calls that connect through your store line
• Add internal notes only your team can see

MAKE OFFERS
• Send or regenerate an offer over SMS and email, with the right template and value

ADD A LEAD IN SECONDS
• Snap a photo of a VIN, scan the VIN barcode, or capture a license plate — the app reads it for you and starts a new lead with the decoded vehicle

NEVER MISS A REPLY
• Get push notifications the instant a customer texts or emails back, when a new lead is assigned to you, or when a call is missed
• Fine-tune exactly which alerts you receive

BuyMyWheels keeps your pipeline moving so you can respond faster and close more deals.

Note: BuyMyWheels is for authorized dealership buyers — you'll need an account from your BuyMyWheels administrator to sign in.
