We’re so glad you’re enjoying the games and finding everything easy to use. Our team works hard to make an enjoyable experience, so your feedback really means a lot - Tia ### 3/5 — Buzz Bingo *2026-07-30* Having worked for Buzz Bingo and loving every minute. Sadly a lot of closures of Buzz Bingo Clubs, they cannot seem to compete with other Bingo Clubs (Club 300) the clubs that are left are unable to compete with prize money. It’s very sad and I hope I’m wrong but Buzz clubs no longer seem to be busy ou pay out decent prize money in house. Early and late sessions are now played online giving you less chance of winning. Such a shame **Developer response:** We understand that not winning can be frustrating. All of our games/clubs operate using independently tested and certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to ensure outcomes are fair and compliant with regulatory standards set by the UK Gambling Commission - Olivia ### 1/5 — Horrible *2026-04-16* Could name you 20 better apps. Firstly the customer support is dreadful takes such a long time reply and can never seem to do anything with the subject “out of their control” I asked constantly about how to get the welcome offer which in fairness they guided me through however after I staked the required amount they said I’m no longer eligible for the bonus without producing any valid reason. Would not recommend this app to anyone as I’ve constantly ran into problems and had to contact the powerless support team **Developer response:** Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. We’re sorry to hear that parts of the app felt unclear. Providing a transparent and user-friendly experience is important to us. If you’d be willing to share more detail via the ‘help’ section, our team welcome your feedback and suggestions - Tia ### 1/5 — No point you won’t win. *2026-03-13* No matter how much you deposit you won’t win no more than a £2/3 save your money ! . .. Thanks for the reply . Had to edit my post to answer . I still stand by my review I understand you can’t win all the time and it’s luck of the draw I’m not bitter because I didn’t win Iv put £30 40 in to a game have a brake go back in and you have to no saved progress what’s the point? I play on other sites and get a future/bonus with 2 spins make it make sense!! Never won on this app shocking! **Developer response:** We understand it can feel disappointing when luck isn’t on your side. All of our games use a random number generator to ensure fair play for everyone. If you have any concerns, our Customer Service team is always happy to help via the ‘help’ section in the app – we appreciate you giving us a try - Tia ### 5/5 — Excellent ! *2026-03-10* We chose a night out at Buzz Bingo to start the ball rolling for Sarah’s hen weekend. We had an absolute blast. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. We wanted to mention the young fella working the bar. What a little superstar ! He was the perfect host and completely made our night. Lots of fun and laughs had by all. Thank you Buzz Bingo Crew of Liverpool - you’re fab ! 😁 **Developer response:** It is great to hear you are enjoying Buzz Bingo Liverpool. I will pass this feedback over to the team. I am sure they will love to hear your comments! I hope you continue to enjoy what Buzz Bingo has to offer and I wish you good luck on your next visit - Tia ### 1/5 — All round experience *2026-03-06* Where to start, customer service on line come across belligerent and it seems like they are doing you a favour when something goes wrong, that and them not fixing said problem, the app itself is poor! Lots and lots of glitches from freezing on games, to not keeping up when going to game to game. So so much more I could mention but the above will do. 6th of march and buzz bingos response was to shirk the issue and responsibility onto me! Telling me ‘check my internet’ ‘make sure the app is up to date’ and to ‘contact cx service’ your customer service team come across arrogant and leave you feeling like you are taking up there time! And 9/10 they do not resolve your issues i urge Buzz Bingo to look a little closer in house than to simply tell me what I should do, this response from them absolutely sez it all, not a single ounce of ownership from them. **Developer response:** We’re really sorry to hear this happened. Please make sure your app is updated to the latest version and that you’re using a stable internet connection. If the issue continues, contact us via the ‘help’ section where our Customer Service team can investigate this for you - Tia ### 1/5 — Worst site ever *2026-02-05* You never win ever you put loads of money in and win like £5 at the most then when you get the free spins they are always so bad don’t win no more then £4 I think they really need to be taken down biggest scam ever don’t go inside it’s even more worse I would rather watch paint dry then go again if anyone sees this review please dont sign up they will rob your money in seconds you will never win wish I could give them 0 stars ### 5/5 — A little happy *2026-02-04* My husband died some months ago we always used to go on date night to bingo until our local place closed down My friends and I found buzz bingo and joined up since it is quite far we can only manages a couple times a month but that’s where the app comes in and am v happy it’s there ty 😊 ### 1/5 — Scam *2026-01-04* They don’t pay out their excuses are the money got stuck on the way to you which is utter nonsense twice they have said this once I’ve withdrawn I’ve been trying to get my winnings for over a week they have attitude and are so rude when trying to talk to them I guess the £300 I won seems to be theirs to keep please avoid before you get scammed too I use apply pay so there is no issue my end it’s them! ### 1/5 — Bad app *2025-12-24* I putted 100 pound onto the app and it didn’t come up on my balance and then I tried to talk to them to get my 100 pound back and they said they will try and sort it but they didn’t at all and after talking to them for couple mins trying get my 100 pound they blocked my account and every time I try sign in it came up saying u need vpn or saying we don’t recognise the details when my details were correct to log in so basically buzz bingo is a scam casino app who wont help u out of u have any problems especially when money doesn’t go onto balance. ## Frequently asked questions about Buzz Bingo ### What is Buzz Bingo?
