I have tried to delete the app/reinstall as I work a software tester by trade. Once downloaded you find that the stuff you need is all on the “pro version” which is expensive. Free version not worth the download, pro version to expensive. Shame. I’d wait a bit longer for log in to be activated for this specific gym. Stores all my workouts, progress and measurements plus the pro version has additional pro workouts and nutrition added. Oh and you can book classes as well! The service has been quite disappointing. ### 1/5 — doesn’t work *2025-12-22, version 11.6.2* been trying for weeks now to log in to my account, and every time it states my login info is invalid. can’t get a hold of anyone in support either, plus the gym in swindon has mostly broken equipment, no staff, and the changing rooms constantly don’t work too. i’ll definitely be changing gyms, and i wouldn’t recommend buzz gym to anyone, at least for swindon ### 1/5 — Zero Ethics - Aggressive Members *2025-01-02, version 11.3.11* The app is as Tacky as the members. Some of the women are horrible. They walk around like they are matcho with looks to kill. They will kill your energy, believe me. The music level is club level 24/7 and they point blank refuse to turn it down. Read the reviews on Trust pilot. These reviews up here are fake. So many people hate that place. Cannon St. Managers don't speak or understand English. Virtuagym also support adding booked classes to your phone calendar but Buzz also don’t support this. It’s a well equipped gym and the staff are all so helpful, friendly and always present on the gym floor to ask for assistance or just to chat. It has a genuine sense of community, I love it and I’m so motivated to get into the gym and work out.
