Sooo I have adhd and I usuallly stay in bed even after my 5 alarms ring so being kind of forced to get up helps a lot because once you’re up you’re up and start the day so I’m more productive in the morning😋

It took a couple of days to get used to but now slowly becoming a morning person and going to the gym before work makes a big difference

Got this cause i dont do good waking up but this is my first time trying it seems like a great app to help me wake up and start my dat the right way.
