I needed app through which I can chat and make calls too. I came across Buzz and I am so happy! It has so many features! I can not only make calls but receive fax too. I did not have to buy fax machine for it. I can create group with patient’s relative to share the treatment plan, reports. I can set up appointments through its calendar. I highly recommend it!

This app has been great for our therapy team consisting of 25 therapists in a skilled nursing facility. We have been through 3 other HIPAA compliant apps and Buzz has by far been the most efficient. The customer support/IT team is quick to answer and correct any issues. It has some awesome features that other apps don’t have including: creating multiple groups for different conversations/categories, favorite messages, saved messages, and a search box!
