I am a pain physician and work with many device representatives who need to communicate with me in a safe, secure manner. This application also allows me to share pictures and images in a secure and private manner as well. It’s clean, easy to use, and way more powerful that you’d ever think. The advances that were made in the apps development have dramatically improved functionality w/o any loss of previous capabilities or speed. The ability to link to other medical references is super helpful. The ability to route videos, audio files, and pictures is great. The phone dialed keeps my phone # private w/ patients while I can still interact easily with patients… The addition of fax functionality over the past few years made things even more useful. Generally speaking, the app continues to surprise to the upside! Buzz is by far the most versatile, user friendly and forward thinking platform available! I send out a lot of sensitive documents and files in my job and knowing that nobody but the recipient can access them is priceless. ### 5/5 — Very powerful collaboration & communication App *2022-10-21* I have been using Buzz for a couple of years and love the iPhone version. The platform is intuitive, HIPAA-compliant, and clinically driven. We work with group of physicians where it was essential to communicate beyond the EHR related activities and be able to send messages and respond in real-time. Buzz phone is very powerful with an ability to connect 1-to-1 with other Buzz users or even patients or family members on the landline. I can call patients from my own device while showing the patients my organization phone number as a caller ID rather than the their own personal number. During Covid crisis, they quickly added Buzz Video Calls and document/form editing and signature features - they're incredible! The best part is the patient has no app or other third party download they have to use. Company also provides a real-time support to our organization to answer any queries and provide updates. Although we have Epic it doesn’t help with instant communication needs. Many of the fellows or patients use texting for convenience but clearly its not secure - have loved how Buzz makes it as convenient and hipaa compliant. Also during the pandemic, we used doximity but our policy is changed to not use it. Buzz phone and video works well for us. It is also efficient and sleek. I just love how easy it is to upload any form/document, fill out the necessary information, sign the document and sending back to my colleagues/contacts. I came across Buzz and I am so happy! It has so many features! I can not only make calls but receive fax too. I did not have to buy fax machine for it. I can create group with patient’s relative to share the treatment plan, reports. I can set up appointments through its calendar.
