Now alerts are blatantly ignored, even after multiple follow ups, and eventually just closed without any explanation or response at all. Not really a South African product either. No recent log of events, incident responses are inaccessible once the incident has been resolved. They also send updates to all the users on the app in that specific area, so that everyone in the community is aware of the occurrences, and whether they have been resolved or not.
