What’s more, I cannot access the venue through the app, it keeps crashing with the error message “oops, please logout then login again”. I’ve done it several times. Along with rebooting my phone, deleting and reinstalling the app multiple times. It still won’t work. I guess the easiest solution is to trash this and forget about it. Which is sad, I’ve been a player for nearly 2 decades SMH. ### 1/5 — No Hold’em *2021-01-20, version 0.9.6* The old app supported the Hold’em game, this one does not. A few days later, I’ve been slotted in at another pub and can’t get back to my local. Also, a constant leaderboard after every question is how this works in the pubs. It should happen on the app. Also, why pick and choose the hour long games?? Put them all on. Spotlight on Friday nights is a huge draw, but we can’t play from the app...doesn’t make a lot of sense. Hey, here’s an idea; have someone actually take care of this app! It’s Friday, September 4th and your “Topix” topics are a month behind. If you don’t care about user feelings, then shut the damn thing down! Now I can’t even get into the pub location I’ve be playing with for weeks. I can’t get into ANY location. This is just embarrassing. It’s like you have a few 12-year olds who “like computer things” working on this. This happened also this spring when this opportunity was offered. Our WiFi is strong but I cannot play two questions in a row. Says error, log out and back in even though it’s showing my location. ### 1/5 — Completely unusable *2023-06-03* Was at a restaurant and downloaded the app and about the only thing that worked was the location services found the restaurant we were at. After that it failed to find the active game repeatedly. Reset the app multiple times and it sporadically was able to find the game and let me in, but every time I was able to get in it kicked me out after 10 seconds and then say there were no games available again. We downloaded this new (beta) version and updated our phones. The beta works well for what it does - but it has limited primetime games. Not having Showdown on the app is a huge drawback. We have missed some Tuesdays with our usual team because we can’t join in, all other tablets are taken, and the bar can’t/won’t order more tablets. We would play more often if Showdown and other prime time games were added. **Developer response:** Stoked that you've enjoyed the beta experience so far! But then my bar stopped carrying Buzztime... After probably 15 years... Now the nearest location is 16.37 miles and the app says I can’t play. The other was 13+. Should it make that much of a difference? Cuts me out and the other 7 people I passed this on to. How about a 30 mile radius Buzztime?
