It’s not great, but it’s not terrible either, but why did they remove Apple Pay? Apple Pay is a more secure and more convenient way to pay. There was hardly any whitefish salad on the skimpy bagel! I took it back(which I rarely do!!) and they did put some more on it, but quite frankly it was still less what it was in the past. Between the skimpy portion and the the smaller bagel it is no longer worth the $10.99 cost! (Last year they cut out the pickle and cole slaw too!!) It’s really slow and you can’t remove an old card. When selecting a bagel sandwich, the first ask is “Bread Options”, followed by the first two options: White bread and Rye bread. I ordered the wrong bread on my sandwich because of it. This is bad design and can easily be fixed. Change “Bread Options” to “Bagel Options”. Move “white bread” and “rye bread” down to the bottom. Who orders from Brooklyn Bagel and wants WHITE BREAD as their “bread”. Most people want bagels from a bagel shop. Also, default your sandwiches to options if someone would normally buy a breakfast sandwich at location. Too many “options” and boxes to check when you just want a standard “Brooklyn” bagel sandwich. Whomever manages this app via LevelUp needs to re-review their menu settings and terminology to fit the restaurant experience better, which is 5* ### 1/5 — $5 birthday credit *2022-07-16, version 1.2.0* I went today to buy a dozen bagels wanting to use my $5 birthday credit. The store was having issues with their paying app. One of the managers there took money off of my purchase however it wasn’t a total of the $5 In which I was entitled to. I didn’t realize it until I had already left the store.
