However, it favors low weight over heavy muscles. Someone with low body fat and less muscle would score higher than someone with a good amount of muscle and body fat. Ignore the scoring system. My clients (eapecially female) hate the app stating overweight, heavyweight, etc with no reason to be found in company info. Personally, I am 5’10” 199.4 and 18.2% body fat. The app “status” states I am overweight. I know I am not so I don’t care. But I cannot refer this to my clients as they already have poor health/food relationships and they get caught up in the status.
