They have the absolute worst customer service ever, please please please don’t do it, it’s a nightmare…. Go to any other online casinos but not this one. I had to file a dispute to all my transactions and I got them back all after I showed my bank the communication that they have.

The difference between the Bwin Ontario Casino website and app is mind blowing. 

The website offers an extensive list of games, generally has decent UI/UX (aka it’s not too glitchy and is the design is quite intuitive), and they have a decent selection of payment options. The iOS app is just layer of crud piled on layer of doo doo. The selection of games on offer is a tiny fraction of that on the website & maybe 40-50% of them will not load at all. 

The fact that they force you to download this hunk-a-junk app on mobile (on account of the fact that their website isn’t *truly* mobile-friendly, with performance seriously degrading after one exits the first game or two) is pretty galling.

In order to gain access to any money you’ve made you need to bet atleast 3500$ because of the bonus money it gives you at the start, I was able to withdraw the original amount I deposited but the 900$ I won I couldn’t withdraw. You also lose any bonus money you have if you make a withdrawal.

Always fun playing within your loss limits .First few days of using the app you’ll leave with money. After that you won’t hit anything until your wins become losses. Live casino blackjack is fun. But the live roulette by pragmatic and evolution is clearly magnetic and don’t suggest playing unless you want to throw your money away . Every single one of these apps give you the same loop to get you hooked in… win win win, then straight loss. Not bashing the app b win is a good provider and hasn’t glitched. But just the name of the casino games, they need your money to operate. So set daily limits as soon as you sign up. Or go to a real casino to play live games where it’s regulated properly and not in an Eastern European country.
