RUN AWAY!! *2020-08-08* Signed up for the site, deposited money and I was immediately locked out and not able to play. Contacted their customer services, my IP was immediately blocked so I could not withdraw and they haven’t contacted me back and won’t respond to messages. ### 1/5 — Technical problems *2020-01-23* I deposited few hundred pounds, I cannot play because it’s keep saying that they have technical problems!!! Not just the apps which are awful, but the had evolution is the most weighted to gain rake of all. By all means spend your money online poker but I recommend you avoid this lot. Cashing out is not possible in the app, but don’t worry you will lose all your money however you play the hands that are unbelievable. ### 1/5 — It has been saying technical issues every time I try to login *2019-12-09* I have been trying to login to my account on my iPhone 6S for the past month, and it keeps saying technical issues, please try again. So I did, same again. I have downloaded the app 6 different times now and always the same issue. It worked fine on my Samsung tab, only reason I’m not still on that is I smashed the screen. Can you advise when I can get back to playing poker?????. I've used this site for a long time now and have had zero problems. I like the fact that there is no chat option available because that can be off putting for your own game and others and sometimes create a nasty atmosphere.
