You can’t add anything to your cart, you can’t load your cart…all you can do is look at the pretty pictures. The staff all seem to hate the app as it’s slow to load, increasing time to serve customers. Money is there but for some reason it only works 1% of the time. Have deleted/installed the app 3 times now, and powered the phone down. Most times you have to preload it before you get to the check out, because it takes forever to load. Not only that, every time the app gets an update it removes your Woolworths link so you have to log in again. Please fix!!! ### 1/5 — Useless (and Inappropriate?) *2025-10-20* Everytime I try to add anything to my cart it says “something went wrong”. I can’t even view my cart as I get the same pop up. I tried using the “BWS Bot” and everytime I said the app didn’t work it would reply with “Thanks!”. I then asked to speak to contact a human and it replied with “I’m sorry you feel that way. I like to think I’m an acquired taste.” WTAF ??!! Was this app designed by 13 year old boys ? It can’t be that hard to contact a big company about their poorly designed app, and to get weird messages like that. So unhelpful. As someone that works for Endeavour Group, if everyone else’s experience is like mine I could not recommend this app less. Every time you do an online order it rejects it, yet my credit card says the payment has gone through?! Absolutely disgraceful. Sort it out Woolies. I’m at work tomorrow! Now I need to go do click and collect AND I still get to pay for delivery. First time this happened I repeated the transaction, only to find when I arrived at the store the transaction had gone through TWICE!! It is the only wine I drink. Unfortunately it is not well known and appreciated. It has a deep flavour that you don’t find in the Roses etc. I live in Darwin and BWS is the only outlet to sell it. Unfortunately they are discontinuing it and this has left me disappointed. I am 71 and this is my treat. I cannot drink more than a bottle a night so the sales are not high enough unless I turn into an alcoholic. Twenty four bottles a month is the best I can do. Please reconsider your decision. A lot of those Roses don’t sell much either but you don’t get rid of them. Please keep my wine in stock. ### 5/5 — Great prizes and deals! *2021-01-10* The current 100 days of summer promo they have is great for getting that extra discount just by swiping!! Also without the hassle of going in store to find the product and just walking up to the till with your ID is so ideal! Love the fact that there’s special offers for app users and the 100 days of summer game every year is definitely worth it. Once you download it you can set your favourite or closest store and start shopping. All prices and available stock are constantly update. You can have your favourite coldies delivered or ready for pick up within a very short amount of time. (Location depending ). There is also some fun games to be played to win great prizes. Why leave home when you have a virtual store at your fingers tips. If you haven’t already down loaded it on to your phone or iPad , do yourself a favour and get on to it. ### 5/5 — Life just got easier! *2020-11-13* Easy to navigate App I was able to find what I was l looking for and make my purchase while we were driving home from a weekend away. My drinks were cold ready to go at the store on my arrival with awesome customer service I didn’t even have to line up in the queue! To top it off I won $10 off my favourite wine instantly with the 1 in 3 wins promotion on the App so it was FREE! ### 5/5 — Quality at its finest *2020-11-07* This app is fantastic! It's so easy to maneuver between products, which is almost always in stock, and categories. Found it to be much better than the Liquorland website due to it saying how much stock they actually have left.
