This used to work (ish) based on a timed countdown so you could get a rough idea of how much salt was left. Then they pushed the upgrade to the newer version. This one now just says tabs low, please refill. When you try and set anything it just does nothing and stays at 0%. Upgrade to the newer version and it’s no better. If you don’t have a Bluetooth or WiFi softener the company has just dumped you. If there was a control board upgrade for £20 at your next service I may be interested. I don’t think they care.

The app will not communicate with the water softener. The softener and app show as connected to the internet so it is not a connection issue. Customer services just don’t answer. This makes all alert functions useless. Very poor from BWT.

Ich habe für ca. 500 EUR einen BWT Dosieranlage für ph im Pool gekauft, die über die App gesteuert werden soll. In der App gibt es das Produkt aber gar nicht. Sowas schlechtes habe ich in der Preisklasse noch nie gesehen. 
Einen telefonischen Kundendienst für Poolartikel gibt es nicht und auf die Emailadresse reagiert keiner. Peinlich. Ich werde das Produkt zurücksenden und eine Konkurrenzprodukt kaufen. Schade - so verliert man Kunden!

Manchmal Sync die App die Daten nicht. Auch wenn es jede Stunde mal synchronisiert hat. Rest Kapazität wäre schön. Sonst ist die App nutzlos. Im ganzen, die App ist in Vergleiche zu dem stolzen Preis von BWT sehr schlecht
