Really annoying. ### 3/5 — Great when it works *2020-06-26, version 2.15* Awesome new features being added a lot which is exciting. The biggest frustration is just how many times it’ll be working completely fine one minute and then th next I can’t see any of the messages or chats when I click into them even after refreshing the app. So I either have to re download or turn my phone on and off and sometimes even those don’t work so that gets frustrating. Recently that seems to have gotten worse as I have to do that a couple of times a week now. ### 3/5 — Improved still minor glitches and updates needed *2020-05-30, version 2.11* App crashes everytime swype method on keyboard is used. No preview of incoming message with notification. ### 3/5 — App features *2020-05-06, version 2.10* There are always improvements being made on the app, and that is a great thing because that is really need. What I have noticed is that sometimes with the improvement they are still the same issues that were claimed to be fixed with the update still happening. One of my current issue with this app is the copy and paste feature, it very rarely works. It really needs to be fixed properly. ### 4/5 — Love app, sent folder not loading *2020-04-26, version 2.9* I am unable to see what was sent in my sent folder. Everything else works great, but that feature. When I click my sent folder, it keeps telling me to “try again later”. I like to make sure my messages sent and not being able to see my sent folder is a problem. 😩 ### 2/5 — Improving *2020-04-25, version 2.9* The app had and still has a lot of glitches since launch but it’s improved. The thing most needed is being able to listen to audios while leaving the app. That was always possible with the last app. Not with videos but just audios. The fact that the app stops the audio if the screen isn’t on or that you can’t multitask really stinks. It’s a huge necessity to be able to listen to audios while working in other apps at the same time. Edit: I have to reinstall the app every few weeks in order to see my messages because when I optan them it’s blank. Also, the notification sign on the app shows me a number even though all my messages have been read and in the app it says 0 since all are read and that’s really annoying. But props for fixing what I originally reviewed about. Helps a lot. I think for what we all pay we should be getting a more smooth working app in all honesty; especially since it’s been out for a long enough time to have everything fixed. ### 2/5 — Please fix *2020-01-16, version 2.2* The fact you can’t copy and paste into the text box when composing a message is incredibly inconvenient and annoying. Please update and fix. Wen we fill this out it freezes and we lose everything. If you just make copy and paste work our team will use it without fear of losing work. Wen it freezes we can just re boot copy paste and try again. We are sending bmp’s through text and it is a mess. Could not be more frustrated with this I can’t copy and paste into or out of the entire app. It’s annoying. On top of that I can’t send like an audio message at all. This new update would get no stars if that was possible . Get it together BMP -Another issue is that when things done send you can just kiss it goodbye, not like you could reopen a message sitting in the outbox. Normally I would copy text from my Google Docs app and then paste the text in the BMP app. I can no longer complete this action. Please adjust this so users are able to copy text from different apps and paste in the BMP app. The BMP app only allows users to copy text from the app and paste it in the app. Please fix this. ### 3/5 — So far so good *2020-01-01, version 2.0* Very excited about the new app the chat like features making it easier to have convos and huddle and plays. But I can’t copy from somewhere else in my phone and paste into the body of the message. Also if I’m sending a phone number, is it possible to make it so the number is clickable so the number is directly interactive. Also I’m stuck with a notification when I don’t have any messages in my inbox. The app is great but I know it’s going to take little adjustments. Please fix ASAP. Thank you. ### 2/5 — New update is really bad *2019-12-28, version 2.0* Just because it’s a new design doesn’t mean it’s good. Not able to copy/paste, not able to open messages in my inbox, for every one message I get 4 notifications, very slow user feedback, and the whole app just feels very archaic. Please test future updates before rolling them out to everyone. Not acceptable for a payed app. Needs fixing ### 1/5 — Lots of bugs for CRUCIAL functionalities *2020-10-19, version 2.24* This app is supposed to be for communicating and sharing resources on developing as a business owner, leader, and person but the glitches and bugs really detract from that purpose. I can’t help but become frustrated when I’m using this app. it takes so long for my messages to load, I have to delete and redownload the app every few days bc my messages stop rendering for some reason, and some pages don’t ever finish loading. Looking at the reviews, it seems like these issues have been ongoing for a while. To be honest, it seems morally wrong to charge every user $199/ month when the basic functionalities of the app crash or stop working every few hours or days. PLEASE, PLEASE take the time to resolve these issues and have some senior engineers work on resolving these bugs. I agree the interface facelift was needed but I have to re install the app weekly for it to work correctly. Messages not sending, messages not receiving, the way the messaging portion works for long messages is unusable. I just get a shimmering screen 80% of the time it tries to load the messages that I have notifications for. Overall not impressed considering it costs a lot of money, I wish they used more resources to make it a worth while to switch from WhatsApp. ### 1/5 — Another Issue with the Update *2020-03-26, version 2.8* Can’t access messages in the inbox or custom folders. Would love to see a “pause” feature for audio recording. For some reason, the app shuts down whenever I type a lowercase “i” that it has to convert to a capital “I”. Some suggestions: -in the subject field, it shows the size of the video/audio message, instead if it shows the length, it will be awesome so that way we know what length to expect. - app is really slow to start over 4G and sometimes over wifi too. Once it's running, it works fine. Bluetooth works but for only for video. For audio there is no Bluetooth support. Sound only comes from phone. 2. Lip sync between audio and video is mostly off but a second. 3. Nitpick: for audio there is job way to forward or rewind. This is odd considering we have it for video!!! 4. But i think there are a fews thing we can improve! first is a Notification feature which i believe will come out in next update Second is the avatar picture for the Contacts! If the team has hundreds of people with the same name then its gonna be a big problem! So i recommend we should be able to add picture in the contact! Just a small pic is still ok!
