This app was supposed to come up with daily work out for full body workout, it’s the same workout for weeeks! Emails customer support still noting. Sad

The app is good, especially for getting back to boxing and learning basics. The tutorials are easy to follow, and the variety of workouts keeps things interesting. It’s definitely worth a try
