You could find better quality, styles, and affordable pieces at Zara, F21, and even Target! She’s money hungry and cares money about your money than anything. I was all about supporting her and feeding into her hype about her clothing. I’ve ordered some of her stuff and some were worth it and some aren’t, so I say it’s a hit or miss. There’s some clothing I couldn’t even return or exchange because they sold out and I kept it and altered it myself. The material and quality is okay but for those prices they aren’t worth it. She claims her clothing fits every body type but it doesn’t! She leans more to a specific body type and if you know her you know what type. I’ve read some reviews about her attitude and yep they are right. She does have an attitude and doesn’t really care about her customers. Unless you’re making her rich she really doesn’t care to help you out. She’s always calling out on customers that do her “wrong” and I find that so mean and kind of scared of leaving a review. She also talks about how her company has a very small rate of returns but that’s because no one could ever return anything just exchange it and that’s ONLY if it hasn’t sold out and if it has you can’t even get store credit for it because she cares more about her inventory and not being able to resell her stuff. SO to save yourself time and your hard earned money from this lady double think before you even buy anything especially when she does sales. She basically took my money and didn’t care that any of the clothing I got from her didn’t fit me. ### 1/5 — Save your money *2021-04-22, version 2.4* This social media influencer, Egreis is scamming all of her followers she accumulated throughout the years. Her clothes are cheaply made and overpriced. After years of following her I decided to support her brand only to experience the low quality and lack of care that she has with this. I emailed their customer service and they don’t care. What she is doing is so wrong. Flea market quality with overpriced clothing. Just wrong! ### 1/5 — The amt of notifications *2021-03-23, version 2.4* Is beyond ridiculous YES I understand I can turn off in settings but I downloaded this 3 days ago and have received like 50 notifications so exaggeration. It’s ridiculous. I get there’s sales but it is very annoying. ### 1/5 — NEVER again! *2021-01-21, version 2.3* If i could give zero stars I would, I have placed 3 orders with this company and you would think third time would be a charm but that is far from the case, I initially ordered the Juliana Romper, so excited to get my package i open it and it is complete opposite of what I ordered, which is fine mistakes happen, (as the owner claims) "they are human" i reached out via email as soon as i received my order, no response because they are only m-f so i responded back to the subscribed text messages in hopes of getting a response because i ordered the romper needing it by a certain date, i dont think i couldve dealt with a more rude inconsiderate person, "the owner" responds back telling me they would get back to me the following Monday because her team does not work weekends, mind you she is very "involved", im very familiar with the business world and if you care about customer satisfaction you are not gonna put off your customers... then proceeds to tell me they expedited my order (which i did not pay for, nor did i need) and that gives them plenty of time to fix their mistake, my initial order would get to me by the date i needed it and here we are day before i need it and i have yet to receive or even get my order or tracking information, as ive asked for it twice now ... after a week of emails back and forth with her team getting no answers no resolution to my messed up order i turn back to sending messages for assistance to her via text and guess what ....to no surprise at all considering her attitude the first time i contacted her, she ignores me, not once but twice! I then turned to the reviews to see if im just overthinking this but again to no surprise every review that is negative for her she has came back either getting smart or being rude and attacking customers who have had issues, its alittle heartbreaking because i heard nothing but good things about her and these clothes but after this personal experience i have been left mind blown and with wasted money!
