Absolutely love throwing on SJs videos when I can’t make it to a workout class or the gym. I feel equally as good and they’re so easy to follow along! Absolutely adore SJ she’s awesome!

I love SJ’s workouts so much. They are gentle, yet very effective and make me feel such a burn and get sore the next day. Also easy on my back which is everything 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽

I love Sam J’s class! It has totally changed my body, and I feel infinitely stronger. The on demand classes make it super easy to fit in a class when I have a packed schedule. 10/10 would recommend!
