### 1/5 — QR code unreliable

*2024-02-19, version 2.0.3*

Not sure when it works and when it doesn’t. Not safe to rely on the app to work. Best to bring along a colleague whenever you enter or exit the gantry.

### 1/5 — Not able to activate card

*2024-02-01, version 2.0.3*

I cannot go to office because this app always showing Mobile Keys SDK failed to register device when I try to activate the virtual card. Now I cannot go to office or go to any level. I hope MBFC can get rid of this buggy App, just use traditional NFC card.

### 1/5 — Don’t make people download the app to redeem parking. I don’t need your app.

*2023-08-27, version 1.9.1*

Ridiculous.

### 1/5 — Poor design, take longer time to open gantry

*2023-05-05, version 1.9.1*

Poor design, take longer time to open gantry

### 1/5 — Awful experience for visitors

*2023-01-09, version 1.8.12*

Cannot believe how long and unnecessary this app is for a visitor to the building

### 1/5 — Whats the point of it !!!

*2022-10-22, version 1.8.12*

Slow and pointless, we all have access cards to exit the lifts and enter our offices so now we have a pass and need a phone…

May become remotely useful if the pass can be made available on apple wallet and supports apple watch…

### 1/5 — Can I give negative stars?

*2022-10-05, version 1.8.8*

I hope you are never forced to use this app and you’re spared the agonising journey into depths of hopeless despair.

### 1/5 — slow and poor design

*2022-08-24, version 1.8.5*

extremely slow. why not turning back the card

### 1/5 — Pointless and inconvenient

*2022-01-14, version 1.7.5*

The first couple of days it was amusing to watch the queues build as people fiddled with their phones and kept tapping them against the turnstiles in an effort to enter the building, but it gets old pretty quickly.

### 1/5 — Bad design

*2021-09-03, version 1.5.3*

Troublesome, getting new phone must inform administrators to issue new card.

### 1/5 — Terrible application

*2021-04-08, version 1.4.13*

Application was forced on us by the building management to replace traditional RFID access cards.

- it requires that the phone be unlock
- it requires that the application be in foreground
- it takes what feels like a long time to give access, lot more than access cards.
- sometimes it doesn’t work and the application needs to be restarted, which we only can guess after waiting an even longer time and getting no access
- it asks for location tracking
- when there is no data, like coming out of a lift, it gives an additional annoying pop up that needs to be pressed.
- when accessing the building we use to have to check the card access light, and the lift assignment numbers (not in proximity of one another), now we need to look at our phone too. Often we missed the lift assignment 😒

### 1/5 — Slow and unreliable

*2021-04-07, version 1.4.13*

This app is now compulsory use for ppl who work at MBFC and around in order to get to their offices (must be used with turnstiles). At best it is slow, and too often simply doesn’t work. The transparent ploy to for the use of the app(cannot use the badges that worked perfectly fine!) would be merely slightly annoying if this thing worked fine. It’s too slow and not reliable enough - enough to make it a pain.

### 1/5 — Not expat friendly

*2019-10-10, version 1.0.8*

Only available on Singapore App Store. With the amount of expats living and working in this area you would think this would be available on the entire App Store. This is ostracising those expats who still belong to their native countries App Store.

### 5/5 — Hype deals for CBD
