## What is ByCare?

By collecting personal daily activities, sleep, heart rate etc, through matching smart wearable devices, ByCare is an App providing personal exercise management.

Features:
1. Detect sleep status and evaluate sleep quality
   Relying on smart wearable devices to detect the users' sleep status, analysis the sleep quality and provide suggestion accordinly.

2. Track daily exercise
   Relying on smart wearable devices, collect daily exercise data such as walked steps, running, heart rate, stride frequency, pace, calories, etc., provide suggestion on users' health trends.

3. Health management
   According to the user's heart rate, blood pressure, blood oxygen, weight and other physical health data, statistical analysis is carried out for users' reference.

4 Reminder
   By setting alarm, sedentary reminder, drinking reminder etc, help user manage personal habits.

5. Message notification
   Message on the phone is notified to the matching smart wearable device through Bluetooth.

6. Other functions
   Remote selfie, find mobile phone, find device, etc.
