Dazu wäre es schön, wenn die Bezeichnungen mal angepasst werden „wird storniert“ wäre halt eigentlich „abbrechen“ 😄 Edit: seit dem letzten Update aktualisiert er länger teilweise 5-10sek bis man was machen kann. Die Sitzbelüftung schaltet sich immer wieder sofort aus Ich ziehe 1 Stern ab, weil die Performance immer schlechter wird. ### 3/5 — Manque d’information de consommation ou de possibilités de charge *2026-08-14* Sympa sur plusieurs aspects comme lancer la clim ou déverrouiller à distance, paramétrer son iPhone ou sa Watch pour débrouiller les portes en les approchant du rétro viseur. Par contre, pour un véhicule électrique, la consommation est un sujet important hors on n’a que que très peu d’informations d’historique de consommation précis sur les trajets car uniquement les 50 derniers kilomètres… Il faudrait pouvoir avoir la conso du trajet A entier. Pour les charges on ne peut prévoir qu’un seul créneau par jour hors par exemple les heures creuses sont sur 2 créneaux dans la même journée (3h le jour et 5h la nuit). Il faudrait un calendrier sur une semaine type et définir tous les créneaux souhaités pour charger. On ne peut pas modifier non plus la puissance de charge à distance (à faire sur la tablette du tableau de bord) Pas de caméra à distance ou même un photo des caméra à distance. Simple à ajouter : pouvoir personnaliser la couleur de la voiture dans l’app en fonction de notre voiture ### 3/5 — Only one schedule? *2026-08-12* The app is ok, not great, but it’s ok. A couple of suggestions: - network loss is frustrating - resolved by exiting and reopening the app, but still. - Schedules. Only one charging schedule? I have 2 periods a day that I can scan economically, 3 if we include Solar. But I can only set one! - The little round buttons are the ones I want quick access to, but I have to scroll? - One tap to schedule - is much more than one tap, especially if you want to do an advoc warm up. - Boot open button - tells me to watch the surroundings… so did you want to send me the video from the rear camera so I can see the surroundings? - I would like to see - Power usage per drive - Battery charge per charge ### 3/5 — Required: Multiple devices logged into app *2026-08-03* My partner and I both have the app. We both used to be able to log in and access the app. Now it will only allow one device at a time to be logged in. This is VERY inconvenient as we have to keep logging in rather than staying g logged in. Bring back multiple logins. Dies ist leider nicht alles selbst erklärend. Es fehlt die Möglichkeit die Lüfter auf die frontscheibe zu stellen oder die enteisungs Funktion zu aktivieren. Es kommt in letzter Zeit oft zu netzwerkfehlern ### 4/5 — Has all I need except 1. *2026-07-09* The app contains all I need as a regular driver. It responds quickly for me. Only thing I would to see is the ability to turn off the child detection. Gets annoying when sitting in car and it goes off as an older person with no kids. Es fehlt die Möglichkeit die Lüfter auf Frontfenstwr zu stellen oder die enteisungs Funktion zu aktivieren. ### 3/5 — Application *2026-06-02* Pas assez de fonctionnalités plus beaucoup de beug ### 2/5 — Please BYD take care of existing customers. *2026-05-16* Watch app - please make temperature a scroll wheel, so it’s quicker to use, I stand around clicking and waiting for it to recognise the new temp. I’ve I’m going up or down by several degrees, it’s painfully slow. Better to have a temp scroll wheel - which I can use the crown to adjust. I love my car, but BYD is disappointing with its tech. OTAs are non existence. 12 months behind Europe. The app is inconsistent and buggy - constantly logging me out. And doesn’t have basic features like being able to open the boot, or open the windows. Other models can even change the colour of the vehicle on the app, but some models can’t. Customers have been asking for years for this and nothing. Stop money grabbing and focusing on new customers, and start caring for current users. Now the number one ev seller in the world, and yet our cars tech feels basic and outdated compared to competitors. If this is how BYD is, I’m not sure I would buy another ### 3/5 — À vite améliorer *2026-05-15* Manque cruellement d’options, et de clarté. Optimal wäre, wenn man auch die OTA Updates darüber starten könnte bzw. informiert wird. Dann könnte man, wenn man das Auto gerade eh nicht braucht einfach „ok“ klicken und es udpated ### 2/5 — Da geht mehr!!! *2026-04-11* Leider ist die BYD App echt enttäuschend, während unser TANG als Fahrzeug top ist. Das passt nicht zusammen. Alles viel zu klein und zusammengwewüefelt. Es fehlt ein Dunkelmodus. Die Schriften sind viel zu klein. Der Ladestatisbereich ist nur mit Brille einigermaßen zu lesen. Es fehlen hier auch die Möglichkeiten individuell den Max. Ladezustand festzulegen. Als Vergleich setze ich da die App von VOLVO . Die ist da sehr viel besser, weil übersichtlicher, zielgenauer und grafisch top. BYD , hier müsst ihr noch einiges zeitnah nachbessern. Auch ein Fahrtenbuch Verzeichnis a la VOLVO wäre empfehlenswert. Irgendwie sehr lieblos behandelt, die BYD App 😳 Würden uns sehr darüber freuen wenn da mal was passieren würde. ### 3/5 — Coisas simples para melhorar *2026-04-09* Acredito que qualquer programador consegue inserir a funcionalidade de escolher para carregar o quanto quiser, dentro do sistema de agendamento. Come on guys, this is basic stuff. Individuals have multiple devices and families have multiple drivers. And the app needs to retain the login password so auto log in and Face ID actually works. This app is good for turning on the AC remotely to heat or cool the car. Thats about it, every other feature is unreliable and clunky to use. The “smart charging” is probably the dumbest feature as it doesn’t even work 90% of the time. I set a time to start charging, plug the car in and it charges immediately? But BYD have changed the app this week, and the heated seat button has now been deleted from the app. The helpline had me re installing the app and resetting the car software, but they were guessing and couldn’t give me a fix. I hate it when app developers deliberately make their apps worse. For me, on a day to day basis, this app is now useless. Depuis que je suis passé chez BYD, l’application fonctionne mieux que celle de Mercedes. Pourtant BYD et Mercedes: marque allemande et premium et BYD: marque leader en Asie et 1er constructeur en Chine.
