Every time I went to go forgot password and did their little picture authentication. The next scene was a verification code, but not that I know that the verification code was for Google Authenticator and I’m using iCloud account so when I’m requesting the verification code is going to my iCloud account it’s really a Google authenticator that doesn’t even say is for Google then when I look down for the other options that there is they finally this is for your email verification. Why would you have Google authenticator the first option for your verification code to reset your password? That’s the most stupidest thing in the world and then when I contact customer service and let them know that hey I figured out that the verification code was not for my iCloud email. It was for the Google verification thing turn it off. They told me they can’t. It’s gonna take 1 to 5 business days. What a piece I will never ever trust this app because one they literally will not let me get to my funds, and they are purposely trying to make sure that they scam me out of everything.. this app is a scam ### 1/5 — Worst Customer Service- scam and fraud platform. *2026-04-07, version 3.9.3* Worst Customer Service They hold My crypto That I own and send to my address wallets to BYDFI , but they won’t release to my account on BYDFI and making it hard for us to control our own money . Now they won’t allow me to log in . This platform takes away our free of controlling our own assets. I say this with experience on various platforms trading perps. The fees are incredible, the support is super fast via chat, and they’ll look into any issues, or answer any questions. I had some difficulties with my settings and they’re quick to recreate the issue and work on it.
