I have a bad attention span. I’m on day 3 of using this app so we’ll see if it helps but I’m enjoying my self so far

I've tried a bunch of different self improvement apps and this is one of the apps that i use daily. Since Tiktok (probably biggest culprit) started, our attention spans been getting shorter and I'm trying to train my self to not lose focus to get that quick dopamine hit. This is unique and kinda cool. Even if its not supposed to be fun to just sit there and stare at something.
