One thing that would make it 5 stars would be that when replying for attendance, the app jumps back to the top of the month. It takes time to scroll back down to check mark. The app feels poorly designed, cluttered, and far from intuitive. It seems as though very little consideration was given to how an actual user would navigate the app or quickly find important information when they need it. There is simply too much information thrown together without a clear, logical organization. Basic tasks take far more effort than they should, and finding what you are looking for can be unnecessarily difficult. An app like this should make communication, schedules, team information, and other important details easier to access—not create additional frustration. Overall, my experience with BYGA has been extremely disappointing. The app needs a major redesign focused on simplicity, organization, intuitive navigation, and the actual needs of its users.
