Set up is fine. But the app only works when you are I. The same wifi network as the doorbell. When not on the network using 4g data or alternative wifi netwrom connection, it’s not possible to connect to the doorbell, even through the doorbell is on a strong fast network. This defeats the entire purpose of the doorbell as it cannot be used. Please provide a solution??

Attention à bien créer un compte mais application qui fonctionne. Dommage qu'on ne puisse pas répondre depuis son applewatch. 
Petit temps de latence pour prendre l'appel.

Leider werden keine Nachrichten,bei klingelbetätugung,an iPhone X weitergeben.Somit nur als reine Türklingel verwendbar.

Grundsätzlich ist der Aufbau der App gut gestaltet und übersichtlich. 

Leider meldet sich die App ca. Alle 6-8 Wochen von allein ab. Wenn man nicht gerade jeden Tag in die App schaut, merkt man gar nicht dass man keine Push-Benachrichtigungen mehr bekommt. 

Ein weiterer Fehler ist in den Einstellungen der Klingelanlage  zu vermerken. Dort gibt es den Punkt Intelligente Steuerung, wo sich die Option „arbeite mit Alexa“ aktivieren lassen soll. Leider lässt sich der Schalter nicht aktivieren und es kommt ein ladebalken der sich nur durch herausgehen aus dem Menü entfernen lässt. Leider wird auch nicht erklärt was die Funktion bewirkt. Auch auf der Website des Herstellers keine Infos. 

Eine weitere Funktion die nicht geht: man soll auf die Videos der SD-Karte zugreifen können. Ich habe eine 16GB Karte installiert. An der Klingel selbst gibt es keine Probleme. In der App wird wieder ins unendliche geladen und zur Krönung stürzt die Klingelanlage ab. Auch ein Neueinrichten der Anlage half hier nicht.

Im Protokoll, wann geklingelt wurde und ob man entgegengenommen hat fehlt noch ein Button, mit dem man alle ungelesenen Meldungen mit einmal entfernen kann und nicht nur tageweise. Sonst bekommt man den roten Punkt auf der Glocke nur mit mühevoller Arbeit weg.

Ein Designfehler gibt es noch bei der Gegensprechfunktion. Man weiß bei aktiver Verbindung nicht in welcher Stellung einen das Gegenüber hört oder nicht. Eh man weiß was nun funktioniert ist oft der Postbote z.B. schon weg.

Leider kann nur ein Endgerät fehlerfrei genutzt werden.
Sobald 2 User die Klingel nutzen wollen, fragt die App immer nach der USER-ID und leite „Klingel-Anrufe“nicht mehr weiter.
