If the app doesn’t give you the option to update, we recommend uninstalling it and reinstalling the latest version. We hope to surprise you soon with new hotels :) ### 1/5 — Worst company of criminals *2024-05-08* This app got me on the first try for $75. I put the date and selected the time. When I got the confirmation email it said my booking was a week way. I called the hotel they said they had a booking from me nor did they offer the service and never heard of the company. Even tho the confirmation email said my booking was a week out I still couldn’t cancel. No be ever answers the phone. And once I finally got. Email back it stated that they don’t offer cancellations. And never heard from them again. I have reported this app written this review. I hate scammers. And shame on you Apple **Developer response:** Hi! We are sorry to hear about what happened. We will be happy to help you. nice day! ### 1/5 — Total scam *2024-05-02* So I love the idea of this app. But when I found a hotel a hotel that was close by on there list I selected a day and times. I paid and the receipt or itinerary it was an itinerary of the wrong time wrong days a month away from when I wanted it and didn’t give me any option to cancel or reschedule or talk to anybody. I’ve emailed them four times no response in 48 hours and when you call their number Did you get a voicemail that claims they are not available even during their business hours I’ve called multiple times multiple hours of the day and night. Nothing I highly recommend nobody try this. No useful help from the customer service. ### 1/5 — No availability *2018-05-29* After downloading the app, I checked to see availability near me (Dallas) and there were 0 hotels available. Ok, so how about New York City when I’m there in a week. 0 hotels listed. Wish I could give it a better rating as the interface and design is good. With that said, I found the app to be very easy to use in Mexico City. I was able to find a hotel at a good location. The reservation and check-in processes were both pretty smooth.
