After fiddling for hours I kept with the same error message that it never asked for my iPads camera to turn on, therefore never working with the workbooks! The problem was the workbooks were grad K, and I had my daughter registered on the app as Pre-K. Once I fixed that, it worked perfectly! We spent two hours now playing with different pages and it’s just incredible.
