It is just still in market because there are not much options in Pakistan Customer service is pathetic with no option to chat. Just call is available which they drop after listening to your request. Furthermore, when a rider has accepted the ride offer, the app does not take me to the tracking screen and instead just sits on the searching page. First they don’t match you with a rider and when you cancel the ride they block your id. When you complain it to customer support they say its beyond their control and you need to wait 2 hours for it to unblock automatically.
