I booked for 6pm I went there before 6 still couldn’t get the scooter. They got one around 6:40 pm. I needed it so I called to cancel and they said 80% refund will be given. That is fine but it’s horrible customer service and customer experience. However, the app and website consistently encounter issues, displaying numerous bugs and frustratingly slow performance that can truly test your patience. It offers one of the most disappointing user experiences across both mobile and web applications. It was a bajaj pulser. 1st of all the bike had no pickup at all and the self start was not working properly. Somehow I managed to complete my ride at around 9pm. I wanted to submit the bike but the office was closed. I called the same number that I used for UPI payment. The person misbehaved and even abused while I was asking for if there is any option to submit now or just consider this call as a submission time. I was just asking if there is any option or not but the person on the call refused everything very rudely and told me do whatever you want. I still have to submit it tomorrow where I am sure I am gonna experience something more bad in terms of monetary deduction from the deposit. Please avoid renting from this app/website!!!! ### 1/5 — Facing lots of trouble *2025-06-12, version 3.2* It’s been 2 days trying to reach the support and no response from the email provided to contact not the phone number connects and no call backs, after 2 days got the call and still the vehicle is not fix and not a single response form the support team. And if it is beyond puncture repair you have to pay from ur own pocket. I visited three times, and each time the staff showed no interest in providing a vehicle. If a vehicle was available, they would claim it was booked, even though the app showed it as available. The service was terrible, and the condition of the vehicles was also poor. However, when I reached the pick-up location, I was told that they had no bikes available for me. They said they had overbooked and could not cancel my booking. They also refused to refund my money or offer me any compensation. They were very rude and unprofessional with me. They did not care about my feelings or needs at all. This is unacceptable and unfair. I wasted my time and money on this app and got nothing in return. I would not recommend anyone to use their service.
