But this app is awful. Too many ways to get lost on the app. Some items are hard to find and don’t show up in selected categories. It’s been over a week since I placed my order, and the product still hasn’t shipped. What makes the situation worse is that the tracking information through Shop shows the order as “partially delivered,” which is completely inaccurate. There’s no clear way to find out the actual shipping status through Shop, so I had to reach out directly via email to get an update. It’s frustrating as a customer to have to chase down basic information like this. I’d strongly recommend improving how orders are tracked and communicated so customers can get accurate updates without having to dig for them. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — 0 customer support *2025-07-17, version 7.10* I have now reached out on seven separate days both on the app and the website to try to get a response from a customer support representative on an issue I've been having with trying to check out on the website. I've submitted my email. It said that it connected me with somebody yet have never received any responses or outreach to resolve my issue. For such a great brand I'm buried disappointed with their inability to get back to a customer facing a problem trying to purchase $1000 worth of merchandise. ### 1/5 — Basic errors *2025-05-16, version 7.1* This app would be better if customers were able to add all purchases made prior to the creation of the app to be rewarded with the applicable points. ### 1/5 — No filters, buttons not working… *2024-08-24, version 4.5* No filters besides “in or out of stock”, not able to access my order details without looking for the order number in my emails… Trying to switch from long sleeve to short sleeve button not working… I purchased over 12 orders from Bylt before from their website… this app is disappointing 🤦‍♂️ ### 1/5 — Bylt is choosing to do wrong by you *2024-06-02, version 4.2* By using OSM (shipping partner) they are making the decision to give you the worst experience possible. I have had 5 orders from Bylt, and without exaggerating, all 5 have been delayed via OSM. No tracking info is provided, ever. My newest order was 9 days ago, and I still haven't been given an ETA. Of course Bylt claims 3-7 days. Absurd considering how much money we pay for their clothes. The only tracking I can see is that it was left in Texas for 4 days now. Even with that they don't give you an ETA, EVER. This is finally my last Bylt purchase unfortunately. ### 1/5 — BYLT Uses OSM *2024-05-25, version 4* OSM is the worst shipping partner on earth. They will lose or delay almost every package they receive. I love the drop cut athletic fit with short sleeves! The performance and 19th hole line are my favorite (just wish there were more solid colors in both 😉). You can’t go wrong with this brand. It is clean with no huge logos, just amazing material and professional look. Highly recommend, only if you want to replace your whole wardrobe!
