Even a broken clock is right once a day, but god forbid they accept a request and do not assign a cleaner, prepare to waste hours upon hours dealing with the shadow of support offered by this company. They will lie and not email any transcripts, and move slower than molasses through a pinhole to respond. You will need to follow up repeatedly, as if you are training a bad dog not to use the bathroom in the house. Even then, you will be lied to and given false promises without any action or attempt at providing the services you already paid for.

I used the app to try clean my shirts. They lost them and refused to pay me back their price. Be careful if you want to have your clothes back, it might not happen

I hate that I’m here writing this review but ByNext lost my entire bag of laundry and the customer service team has been unresponsive and keeps ending the chat or not responding to my emails. Other than a few delayed dry cleaning orders (mildly annoying but didn’t deter me) I have had a good experience until the past few days. I actually don’t know what to do because I don’t have my laundry bag and ByNext isn’t helping me find it. They just claim the driver dropped it off with my doorman though there is no record of that which I have noted repeatedly. The frustrating part is the lack of help from the customer service team. I have looked up and down for the bag, talked to doormen, looked at cctv footage and requested the other addresses on the drop off route so I can go look, but ByNext has not done anything.

Could doing laundry be any easier? ByNext helps take something off my loaded plate and fits into my busy schedule and lifestyle. So nice to just fill a bag, have it be picked up and then brought back to you ASAP, fresh and folded, for a competitive price! Love it!
