I upgraded my account to level 2 and it 2 days now I can’t get my money out of the account and not yet upgraded, it says upgrade is pending why. Please I need my money!!

First I couldn’t transfer out of my account , transfers were being reversed & then My account was locked for no reason with my money in it .. please I need my money back..😡😡😡😡
