There is no way to sync to google or iCal. Manually having to use multiple calendars is insane. Websked allowed sync and so should this. Manually checking calendars across apps and platforms WILL result in error. That's why we use electronic resources! I can't tell you the countless times people have said "I forgot I was working until it popped up on my calendar." IF this option exists, I can't find it (not by google search, blog reviews, videos on the website or the help manual. BTW, the Help manual mostly states "Coming soon!" 2. There is no way to look at your schedule conveniently in a month or week block and have an idea of shifts you are working (only a blue line on days shows you are scheduled). Not sure how this would look if you have multiple sites but hopefully they have different colors. A small print with times or type of shift (day, night, etc) would help. 3. To switch months, you have to pick a month from a list, wait for it to load. No scroll option? It's annoying to go back to the menu, pick a new month and wait for it to load just to see if your shifts at the end of one month continue into the beginning of the next. 4. You have to fully login in each time you open the app. It doesn't even save your login name. 5. When you hit "desktop view", there doesn't seem to be any easy way to get back to the app unless you close the app and login again. 6. Least importantly, it doesn't look professional. It looks like a hastily created app. I get wanting it to be simple but annoying on top of the other functional problems. If you are going to fix anything, PLEASE fix the sync so at least I only have to login in once a month to request shifts. **Developer response:** All the features outlined above are supported under the new release. Call us if you need help syncing your calendars across multiple devices. ### 2/5 — Slow *2022-08-23* Does most of the functions available on the full website while using a web browser, but this app retrieves data too slowly from the servers. Feels like I’m on a 56k connection. If I try to switch apps while waiting for a page to load, I’ll get an error message and have to try again and wait. **Developer response:** The version of the app currently available includes multiple performance enhancements. ### 2/5 — .ca not visible *2021-02-16, version 3.2* The desktop version allows you to see the recent Canadian migration but the app does not. ### 3/5 — Wish I could see and use the Canadian version on the ap! And toggle between the us and cdn *2025-06-23, version 3.9.0* Versions for my different sites of work! ### 3/5 — Still slow, but works *2023-05-09* Slow to load new data Doesn’t keep you logged in No bugs at least Our group is looking at alternative products given a long lack of any significant changes to the website / app, seems to have very little ongoing investment and it’s expensive **Developer response:** The app will keep you logged indefinitely while using it and for one hour when the app is inactive (i.e., you switched to another app or the phone is locked). This is done for security reasons to ensure authorized access only. We recommend that you turn on biometric login in the app from the 'options' page. With biometric login enabled, you will be automatically logged in when you reactivate the app it and the one hour delay has passed. Regarding the performance, we recommend that you contact our support so that we can best help you. Includes all of the things I need to do with my schedule. ### 5/5 — Very nice app! *2024-01-26* The app is fast, responsive, and has all the features I need to view my schedule and trade shifts.
