But I used a mb of data in a few minutes just from the ads! I'd pay a dollar or two for an ad-free version. ### 4/5 — Good enough *2016-04-01, version 1.1.1* I had a hard time finding a free app for my phone on iOS 7 to track data without sharing my information to third parties, but this (so far as I know) is it. AT&T hasn't been good about giving me data alerts early or detailed enough, and checking my usage for the month usually is an hour or a day behind, so this has cost me overages multiple times. With Bytes, I don't have that problem, because I can see how much data I've used for the billing cycle (you set the start date) and how much for the current day, so I can keep myself from going over my data. It also gives alerts shortly after going over the average daily data limit. The alerts could be better, and they could give alerts for when I use up half of the data or 2/3, etc, and I expect that when I do end up using iOS 9 I'll be able to find something better. One other possible problem is that it seems to over-report my data usage compared to what the phone and AT&T say by a little bit. But better over report than under report. ### 4/5 — Great, but just a suggestion *2015-10-30, version 1.1.1* You guys are great! The interface is sleek and clean and very informative! Love the aesthetics and function :). Just a tip, please consider adding the option of displaying a widget for the pull down menu of the iPhone for easy access and information viewing. Why nobody else made such an essential app is surprising, but this guy took the opportunity and it's practically perfect. Able to track my cellular and Wifi usage and keep it under the limit for whatever period of time, and it's so simple. That's what I love - the simplicity of this app that makes so many people love it. The design and the functionality. Plus, loving the custom backgrounds 👍😀.
