## What is ByteSize?

Big goals feel overwhelming — so most people quit before they start. ByteSize fixes that by breaking any goal into tiny, 2-minute habits you can actually do today.

Type in a goal like "Learn to swim", "Get fit" or "Learn coding", and ByteSize instantly suggests small, science-backed micro habits to get you started. Pick the ones you like, track your progress every day, and watch your habit garden grow.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Tell ByteSize your goal
2. Get a list of tiny habits made for that goal — each with a short reason why it works
3. Choose the habits you want and start today
4. Check them off daily and build your streak

BREAK DOWN ANY GOAL
• Turn big, scary goals into small, easy steps
• Smart suggestions give you tiny habits tailored to your goal
• Perfect for fitness, learning, reading, studying, work projects or self-improvement
• Great when you struggle with procrastination or don't know where to start

GOAL & HABIT TRACKER
• See today's progress at a glance
• Grow your Habit Garden — every habit you complete helps your goals grow
• Track streaks and stay consistent day after day
• Earn trophies as you hit new milestones

FOCUS TIMER
• Start a 2, 5, 10 or 25-minute focus session for any habit
• Relax into the task with ambient sounds like rain, lo-fi beats and white noise

SIMPLE & MINIMAL
• Clean, clutter-free design — log a habit in one tap
• No complicated setup, just small steps that add up

EXAMPLES
• Instead of "Read 50 books" → read 2 pages today
• Instead of "Get in shape" → do a 2-minute plank
• Instead of "Learn coding" → watch 1 minute of a coding video

Small steps. Big results. Download ByteSize and start building habits that stick — one tiny step at a time.
