## What is ByToday?

Get today’s tasks done today.

ByToday is a task manager that helps you stay on top of what needs to be done and finish it before the day is over.

Spend less time organizing and more time focusing on what matters now. From personal tasks to requests shared with people close to you, everything comes together in one clear Today list.

Capture tasks quickly. Add details only when you need them.

• Create a task instantly with just a title.
• Set a schedule and a deadline separately for more precise planning.
• Add repeats, priority, and reminder intensity only when needed.
• Pin important tasks to keep them within easy reach.

Get reminded at the right moment.

• Receive task reminders at the time you choose.
• See everything planned for today in a daily summary.
• Set location reminders for when you arrive at or leave a place.
• Location information stays securely on your device.
• View selected Apple Calendar events alongside your tasks.
• Check today’s weather from the same screen.

Natural for personal tasks and shared requests.

• Send tasks directly to people you’re connected with.
• Review sent requests and received tasks by status.
• See when a request is accepted, in progress, or completed.
• Received requests are added to your tasks, so you can manage them like everything else.

Focus on today. Keep past activity simple.

• See what needs to be done today and what’s coming next.
• Review completed and missed tasks by date.
• Repeating tasks create only the occurrences you need, keeping your list uncluttered.
• Finished tasks stay in your history while the Today screen remains focused on what matters now.

Start without signing in.

You can use the essential task features without an account. Connect an account to sync across devices and send requests to other people.

Don’t spend your energy trying to remember everything.
With ByToday, get today’s tasks done today.
