I have had some difficulty especially over the last four weeks. Login through the app it keeps coming back with an issue. As a customer who relies on online banking for daily transactions, this has been incredibly frustrating. First and foremost, the app frequently crashes or freezes, preventing me from completing basic tasks such as checking my account balance, transferring funds, or depositing checks. On several occasions, I’ve been unable to log in, receiving vague error messages with no clear solution. This unreliability has left me anxious, especially when trying to manage my finances on the go. What’s even more disappointing is the lack of communication and timely updates from the bank regarding these issues. Despite reaching out to customer support multiple times, the problems persist with no clear resolution or timeline for improvements. A banking app should be convenient and reliable, but this one has consistently fallen short of both expectations. For a company like Citizens and Farmers Bank, it’s critical to have a functioning and dependable app. In today’s digital age, customers need the assurance that they can access their accounts anytime, anywhere, without constant disruptions. For the last few weeks, it has refused to allow me to sign in with Face ID. The app claims I have to enable Face ID after signing in on my decoder (which I always access from my iPhone and keep wasting my time enabling Face ID after each manual login) but it throws the same error again and again and again.
